The Naugatuck YMCA is a place where family matters. The door is open to families of all shapes,sizes, races, religions and incomes. Whether it's through aquatics, exercise programs or youth sports, the Naugatuck YMCA gives families a chance to spend good time together. Something as simple as splashing around in the pool or playing some basketball together can reap lasting benefits, as parents and kids learn how to care for and communicate with each other. Capital Campaign Renovations
Renovations have begun!
Be sure to check the bulletin board for construction updates!

Phase 2 is almost complete! Finalizations are scheduled to be finished by April 30th. Stop down and see our newly renovated Strength Training Room with new state of the art Life Fitness Signature Series strength equipment!

New Cardio Center is now open with new Life Fitness Cardio equipment including recumbent bikes, elliptical trainers and Summit Climber. Also our newly relocated and renovated Free Weight Room is open and ready for use.

Look for more improvements coming soon. Phase 3, pool improvements are scheduled for later in 2008, and Phase 4, locker room and more ADA changes are scheduled for 2009.

We will remain open during construction, please stay with us!Class times and locations may be changed. We will try to notify you of any changes as soon as possible. The Front Desk will have up-to-date information regarding any schedule changes.

Baby Sitting
For children 3 mos. to 6 years. Preregistration required. Naugatuck YMCA Members $3.50 for the first child.
Mon-Fri 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 6 - 7:30 p.m.

Look for our next crop this Spring!
Bring your supplies and come crop all day! Share ideas, learn new techniques and make new friends.

Healthy Kids Day and Open House
May 4 from 12-3 p.m.
Come down and see our newly renovated areas. Bring your family for class trials, free swim, crafts, parent information, face painting, Amber Alert Cards, give a ways and a Youth Fun Run 40 yard dash plus much more!
