Coffee Hour
All welcome. Join your friends or make new ones! Coffee, Tea and Juice provided-bring a sandwich or snack. Pot Luck seasonal & holiday celebrations offered throughout the year.
Thursdays 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

YMCA Workout
Increase cardiovascular & muscular endurance. Non impact choreography combined with upper body workout using weights & elastic tubing. Great for beginners or older adults.
Tues. & Thurs. 9:15 - 10:15 a.m.

YMCA/Arthritis Foundation Warm Water Exercise
No swim ability necessary
Monday-Friday 10 -11 a.m.
This class is not included as part of WCDAA Senior workout

Yoga
Strengthen and tone while you increase your flexibility. Learn breathing techniques to help calm you for your busy day. No previous knowledge of yoga required.
Monday 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. and Friday 9:15 - 10:30 a.m.

Pool Schedule*

Aqua Fit
If you are new to exercise, want to tone without pain and get some aerobic conditioning this is the class for you.
Mon., Wed & Thurs. 5:30-6:30 p.m.
FREE to members, guests can pay a guest fee $9 for adults, $5 for older adults.

Aquasize
An overall toning & aerobic workout in the water. Great for beginner & intermediate participants. (Dept. of Aging inclusive)
Mon, Wed 7:30-8:30am,
Mon, Wed, 9-10am
Tues, Thurs 8-9 am
Mon-Thurs 6:30-7:30pm

Tai Chi
Benefits may include improvement to your balance & coordination improved muscle stamina & strength and increased circulation. Highly recommended for those with arthritis or stiffness.
Tuesdays 10:15-11:15 a.m.

Senior Work Out
Through a Grant from WCAA, registered individuals over 60 can use the YMCA facilities (pool & Workout Center) Mon - Fri from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. with a donation of $2.00 per visit.
Enjoy camaraderie and companionship while staying in shape. Registration forms available at the Front Desk.
Does not include Arthritis. All others are included.

Silver Sneakers® Muscular strength
Muscular strength & range of movement conditioning.
Mon & Wed 8:30-9:30 a.m.

Grandparents Raising Grandchildren
Monthly meetings. Join us for fun and support. Kids enjoy the pool while grandparents meet.
